Become a Foster Home

We are in constant need of foster homes. Its easy to become a foster home and the rewards are endless.

If you would like to become a foster home for us we require that you:

1) Contain the animal without use of a tie out line or chain - tie out lines and chains for containment are not allowed for shelter/rescue animals under USDA code

2) Shelter from the elements in either the form of a dog house, a building, some form of man made shelter the animal can get in or go in

3) Provide food and water

We will cover the cover the cost of the veterinarian care at one of our approved veterinarians. If you would like to assist these cost your contribution is tax deductable. The time frame the animal is in your home is set on an individual basis. We will supply adoption opportunities for the animal if you wish to help with placement we welcome you to do so.

Help Us Raise Funds

You can help us raise funds by making GoodSearch your internet search engine. The web address is www.goodsearch.com. All you have to do is enter Pine Belt Animal Rescue and Adoption Center as your charity. We receive 1 penny for every search done using us as your charity. Over time the pennies add up.

Volunteer to put out donation jars in your community. We are in need of funds on a regular basis. By doing this you not only increase funds coming into the rescue center but you increase awareness.

Sponsor a Pennies for Pups drive in your locaal school or church. Pennies are collected and then donated to Pine Belt. We spend this money on just puppies.

You can also hold a car wash, a garage sale, a bake sale or other fund raiser for us. We appreciate any efforts to raise funds to support our live saving works.

We need volunteers to raise public awareness, do fund raisers, work on our web sites, and help with adoptions.

Feed Our Sheep:

We are proud to have a feed our sheep program. We are currently assisting needy families in our service area with dog food and low cost spay and neuter. We need the support of the community to keep this program alive. We will only assist people of low income or special need. If you know of someone who is need of help who meets or conditions please let us know. We will asssit when possable. As support for this program grows we will be able to service more people/families. Presently we are assisting 15 families. These families are of low income and special need. We are happy to be able to assist them. They and their animals are Gods creatures.
