The following animals have been with us a long time. The adoption fee has been reduced to $25 or a dontation of food or liter. Please consider one of these great pets for your own.

The following animals have been with us for longer than 120 days. In order to stay non kill and continue to serve the public the following animals are in need of forever homes:

We have a wide variety of cats to choose from. Please contact Pam Byrd directly for cat information. We do have plenty of kittens. Text or email is prefered. Calls returned within 24 hrs.

Whiskers - male, schnauzer mix, neutered, white and gray, adult, 25 lbs +/-, good with other dogs, loves people, semi house trained

Red - female, red bone hound and pit mix - spayed, young adult, 50 lbs +/-, loves everyone but not good with other dogs due to food issues

Sadie - female, black lab, spayed, adult, 50 lbs +/-, great with other dogs and loves everyone

Paris - female, black lab, spayed, 40 lbs +/-, young, great with other dogs and loves everyone (Currently being housed by our Wiggins location)

Curr Boy - male, curr mix, brown, 40 lbs +/-, young, will provide low cost neuter option, good with other dogs and loves everyone

Bobby - male, young, yellow cur mix, neutered, 50 lbs +/-,  needs to be only dog or with opposite sex dog of same size, loves people, loves to run and play, great outdoor dog

Dude - male, young, yellow lab mix, 40 lbs +/-, neutered, good with female dogs, loves people

Hound girl - female, walker hound, young, white and brown, 30 lbs +/-, good with other dogs and loves people, we will supply low cost spay option, we are told she will not hunt (currently being housed by our Wiggins location)

 Box - male, boxer and pitbull mix, puppy, 30 +/-, will provide low cost neuter option, good with other dogs, loves everyone, ok with cats (Currently being housed by our Wiggins location)

Clyde - male, basset and wire terrier mix, adult, tan, 40 lbs +/-, neutered, good with other dogs, good with adults, very mellow, semi house trained, not good with cats

Strawberry - female, adult, walker hound, white and brown, 45 lbs +/-, loves to run, will trail, needs to be spayed, good with other dogs, likes people, very independent hound

Abbie - female, hound and pitbull mix, female, red and white, 45 +/- lbs, heartworm positive high, spayed, ok with other dogs, loves people, likes to ride in the car, smiles all the time

Toby - male, young, chocolate, lab mix, neutered, house trained, current on vaccinations, good with other dogs and adults and kids

Little Man - male, young, boston mix, need to be neutered, will supply low cost neuter services, good with other dogs, house trained, good with adults and kids

Brandy - female, young, 8 months +/-, spayed, black lab mix, good with other dogs, good with adults and kids

Pet of the Month

Bearegaurd - Male, Altered, Basset and Lab Mix, Current on vaccinations. As of May 1st he has been with the rescue for over 6 months. $25 adoption fee.
